Year 11 Revision and Intervention Sessions

There are a significant number of Revision Sessions taking place for our Y11 pupils each day at school. Please encourage your child to attend as many revision sessions as possible. These additional study opportunities are essential to help pupils perform better in their exams. Any questions, please contact Mr Kirkbride at kirkbride.m@risedale.org.uk.

Below you will find a fantastic timetable of lunchtime and after-school activities/clubs for this half term.

  • It is the responsibility of the pupil to inform their parent/carer if they wish to attend an after-school activity and to find out the details involved.
  • Most after-school activities run from 3-4 pm, every week, unless specified otherwise.
  • Some activities may only be open to certain year groups and may have limited spaces available - please check!

Lunchtime:

  • School Council KS3: Members only. Risedale Centre Rm 9a. Mrs Davies. (Week 1 only).
  • Sport Studies Study Group: Y10/11. Rm 16. Mr Lawson.
After-School:
  • Girls' Football (indoors): All welcome. Sports Hall. Mrs Niblett / Mr Godfrey.
  • Library Open: All welcome. Miss Sellers.

Lunchtime:

  • GCSE PE Revision/Sport Studies Coursework Catch Up: Y10/11. Rm 41. Miss Conway.
  • Library Open. All welcome. Miss Sellers.
  • Warhammer: All welcome. Rm 24. Mr Hill.
After-School:
  • Art KS4 - Open Access Studio Time: Y10/11. Rm 38. Ms Westwood.

PE Activities and Clubs

  • Lunchtime Activity Clothing: School uniform and trainers.
  • After-School Activity Clothing: PE kit/sports clothes and trainers/football boots.
  • Pupils, please see the PE notice board in the Sports Hall for information regarding fixtures.
  • Pupils in KS4 must attend extra-curricular activities to be selected for upcoming fixtures.
  • All jewellery must be removed.
