Our invitation extends to parents of Year 5 pupils as well as Year 6 so you can make plans for the future and hopefully MAKE RISEDALE YOUR FIRST CHOICE.
- At Risedale every pupil receives a FREE personal laptop device/Chromebook to aid their learning.
- Our school is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology; we have Virtual Reality headsets, drones, a digital music technology recording studio, a media suite with state-of-the-art green screen technology, a photography studio, computerised laser cutters, 3D printing and computer embroidery facilities.
- Our curriculum is expanding, enabling us to deliver a more diverse range of subjects. We now also teach Drama, Engineering, Fashion & Textiles and Media Studies.
- Our facilities have been upgraded, allowing pupils to benefit from a brand new and extended Food Technology room, a newly refurbished Art department and Science labs.
- We organise lots of educational visits in the UK and abroad and have an extensive programme of extra-curricular activities.
