On Thursday 5th October, Risedale pupils participated in a Remembrance-themed art workshop to create poppy mandalas for the Festival of Remembrance at Ripon Cathedral. The pupils used dot-making tools to apply patterns onto red circles and enjoyed making the mandalas. The school is proud of their contribution to this important event.

On Wednesday 27th September, GCSE Drama pupils from Risedale School visited the Forum Theatre in Billingham to watch a captivating production of the renowned play, "The Woman in Black." This spine-chilling theatrical experience left the pupils spellbound.
Football News: Y7 Boys Football Team's First Game
Risedale School hosted a performance by the theatre company 'An Invisible Man' for Year 7 pupils. The play focused on resilience in children with parents in the armed forces. The production was funded by The Garrison ASSIST Project and received positive feedback from the pupils.

On Thursday 1st July, year 9 Risedale School pupil Aaron Park (14yrs) was presented with the Army Cadet of the Year Award at the Catterick Detachment of the Yorkshire (N&W) Army Cadet Force, Piave Lines, Catterick Garrison.
A team of young people from The Prince’s Trust Catterick Garrison have successfully designed and built a drone assault course for Risedale School to use as part of their inter-house competition programme of activities.
