At the end of last year, another group of talented pupils participated in the Young Writers' Competition and impressed the judges with their creativity. All of their entries, which were required to be an original 100-word piece of writing about an unsolved mystery, have been selected for publication.

Teacher of English and Media Studies, Miss Douglas, said:

"I could not be prouder of their efforts. Each and every one of the pupils wrote a fantastic piece and it's so exciting that their work will now be published as part of a Young Writers' Anthology. Fantastic work everyone!"
