Our Year 9 pupils created some outstanding observational studies during the GCSE Art, Craft and Design taster session on Tuesday 5th March. They were each given one photograph of an object which they used to complete monoprints and a range of timed drawings from. They used plain paper, book paper, biro pens and eight different experimental instructions. Some tasks were particularly challenging like ten-second drawings, blind-folded drawings and "wrong-handed" drawings! They ended the lesson by presenting their work, as if for assessment. I am so impressed by what they achieved in such a short space of time. Fantastic work Year 9!
